Clubhouse

| The Clubhouse is a great place for community gatherings or private parties. Specific area(s) or the entire facility can be rented as scheduling permits. For more information please contact the Clubhouse Manager at 713-413-2300. The current hours of operation are Monday 10:00AM- 8:00 PM Tuesday - Saturday 10:00AM to 8:00PM; The Clubhouse is closed on Sundays. |
Fitness Center
| The Fitness Center is open Monday 10:00 am - 8:00 PM Tuesday - Sunday from 4:00am to 12:00am and can be accessed through the Clubhouse (pending availability) and by using your resident proximity card entrance at the rear of the building. |  |
Tennis Courts
 | The tennis courts are located on the grounds of the clubhouse. There are two regulation size tennis courts. You must bring your own equipment to play. There is no reservation system for court time. They are first come first serve. Apply good time managment to your game if others are waiting to play. |
Swimming Pool
| The pool is located through the rear door of the Clubhouse. It contains approximately 106,000 gallons of crystal clear fun and measures 42'x75'. Even though lifeguard(s) are on duty during the Summer months, you are still cautioned to swim at your own risk. The pool deck has tables, chairs, and recliners for tanning. There is also a wading pool for toddlers. The pool is closed on Monday to perform routine maintenance. |  |
Playground
| The playground has a (sand court) volleyball area and a childrens play set. These areas are just outside the gated pool. Its a great place for a day or evening of fun and games. |  |
